Request account and data deletion
You can ask us to close your RupiGo account and delete the personal data linked to it. You do not need to reinstall or open the app to submit a request.
How to submit your request

Contact RupiGo support
Use the button below and send the request from the email address connected to your account, where possible.

Identify the account
Include the registered mobile number and write "Delete my RupiGo account". Never email an OTP, password or other sensitive financial information.

Complete verification
Support may ask for limited information to verify ownership. Eligible requests are normally completed within 30 days.
